The Visalia Breakfast Rotary Club was founded on February 4, 1989 with a total of 40 members, consisting of professional and business men with ties to Visalia. The sponsoring Club was Visalia Rotary Club. Women were invited into the club in 1990. VBR, now with 80 members is one of four clubs in Visalia and meets weekly on Thursday mornings.
The club meetings, throughout its history, have included a program of community and an oppurtunity to strengthen friendships. A major focus of VBR has been to help develop high ethical standards in business and the professions.
